Quick arm workout for today done! Had a little spare time this morning after finishing work at 9:30am already so I decided to fit in a short but intense session!
3 sets, 8 reps each,
40sec break between sets
• Bicep curls hammer grip
• Bicep curls supinated
• dumbbell punches (16 total)
• tricep kickbacks
• front arm raises
• lateral arm raises
• bent over row
• shoulder press
• Bicep curl plus shoulder press

Not being able to run (and ride) for eight weeks is probably one of the most mentally challenging things in my life. It really drags me down, leaves me feeling sluggish and moody all day, restless at night and devastated at heart. I’m still working out and doing weight training targeting my upper body and core but that is so not the same. I feel like I’m supposed to pick me up though and get over it, be happy that it’s only temporary but ugh.. Sorry for the negativity rant!!! :(
