For those who are struggling with injury:  It’s easy to take things for granted and running is one of the best teachers of this. Being a student to injury can take you to your darkest shadows, but you’ll quickly learn that running is what taught you how to out run them. Leave those shadows behind and keep moving forward, the mountain top isn’t far away.
